Brown Trout Fishing

Brown Trout Fishing

Fishing will take place on the Eden, Nith and Annan Rivers with Jonathan as your Guide.  The beat will be chosen depending on river conditions.

£95 per half-day (4 hours) maximum 2 people

£185 per day (7 hours)   maximum 2 people

* Guiding price only includes day ticket for the river for one person.  Additional tickets cost £50.00

A homemade riverside picnic can be provided at £15 for one person or £12 per person for two or more.  A week’s notice is required for this service.

We will cover any safety aspects required for the pools we will fish.  We will look at safe wading lines, entomology and discuss the areas that will hold fish before we access the pool.

We will fish for brown trout with various methods depending on the conditions.  We will fish dries, swing wets and nymphs subsurface.

If conditions allow we can fish streamers for the large trout that the Annan is famous for.

There is also the chance of catching trophy grayling on both rivers.
